Who We're Hiring
Equipment Operators
Dozer, excavator, grader, roller, paver. If you can run it, we want to talk.
CDL Drivers
Hiring a Class A lowboy driver now to move our fleet between jobs. Dump truck drivers (Class A or B) always welcome. Clean record, safety-first mindset, steady local routes across the Carolinas.
Laborers & Ground Crew
Entry-level to experienced. On-the-job training, paths to operator and foreman roles for people who earn it.
Concrete Foreman
Lead a concrete crew on active commercial sitework. Curb, gutter, ADA ramps, flatwork, retaining walls. Field-proven leadership and hands-on concrete experience required.
Estimator / Project Manager
One role, full cycle. Run take-offs, bid prep, and client-facing pricing, then own the project from preconstruction through closeout. Schedule, budget, client communication, and crew coordination across active sitework jobs. Sitework experience required.
