How We Do Seal Coating.
HD Grading applies commercial-grade seal coat with full surface prep, crack filling, pothole patching, and re-striping once the sealer cures. Asphalt weathers: oxidation, UV, fuel drips, and freeze-thaw cycles eat away at the binder that holds a parking lot together, and seal coating is the cheapest way to extend the life of a lot by years. We work on a schedule that fits your operations, with clean edges that make the finished lot look brand new.
